Registration fee includes the admission to the symposium, proceedings, coffee breaks, all lunches from 7th January to 8th January, and a banquet (except local student participants) on 7th January.

* If two or more papers are presented from the same laboratory of foreign universities, special discount will be considered for foreign student presenters on a case-by-case basis according to the request from professors to the IWAIT2013 General Chair.
**Registration fee of "Student Poster Session" Presenter is 30,000 JPY/paper regardless of early bird registration or regular registration.
*** This category applies to local (Japanese) student participants only. Banquet is not included and purchasing its ticket is not permitted.
